Section 01
Who we are and scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Team Procure Inc. (“Team Procure”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in connection with Procureth, including the website at procureth.com, the Procureth web application, and related support, sales, and communication services (together, the “Services”).
For personal data you provide when visiting our website, contacting us, or creating an account, Team Procure acts as the controller. For personal data that our business customers upload to or process through the Services — such as supplier contacts, RFX content, and team member information — Team Procure acts as a processor (or service provider) on behalf of that customer, and the customer’s own privacy notice governs that processing.
Section 02
Information we collect
Information you provide.
- Account details: name, business email, company, job title, password, and workspace settings.
- Customer content: sourcing briefs, RFI/RFP/RFQ documents, questionnaires, item lists, attachments, technical drawings, supplier records, messages, quotes, and evaluation notes.
- Billing details: billing contact, company address, tax identifiers, and payment information processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: inquiries, support requests, demo requests, survey responses, and feedback.
Information collected automatically.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Usage data: features used, actions taken in the application, and performance and error diagnostics.
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookies section below.
Information from other sources. To deliver supplier discovery and market research, the Services retrieve publicly available business information from the internet, such as company websites, public directories, and published contact details of supplier organizations. We may also receive information from your organization’s administrator, from integrations you enable, and from business partners.
Section 03
How we use information
We use personal data to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including AI-assisted research, document generation, supplier outreach, and quote comparison.
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send transactional and service notices.
- Monitor, secure, debug, and improve the reliability and performance of the Services.
- Send product updates and marketing communications where permitted; you can opt out at any time.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights and users.
Legal bases (EEA, UK, and Türkiye). Where data protection law such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) applies, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Services and business-to-business outreach), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required.
Section 04
AI features and customer content
Procureth uses artificial intelligence models, including models operated by third-party providers, to research markets, discover suppliers, draft documents, and analyze responses. When you use these features, relevant inputs and context are sent to those providers solely to generate the requested output.
- No training on your content. We do not use your customer content to train generalized AI models, and we contractually require our AI providers not to do so.
- Human review. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Documents, supplier invitations, and award decisions remain subject to your review and approval before they are sent.
- Source evidence. Supplier and market information gathered from public sources is linked to its origin where available so you can verify it.
Section 07
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as necessary to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers can delete content or request workspace deletion; we delete or anonymize customer content within 90 days after account termination, except where retention is required by law or held in time-limited backups.
Section 08
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls based on least privilege, logging and monitoring, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please notify us promptly at support@teamprocure.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Section 09
International data transfers
Team Procure operates in the United States and Türkiye, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and mechanisms recognized under KVKK.
Section 10
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to withdraw consent; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
To exercise your rights, contact info@teamprocure.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. If we process your data on behalf of a business customer, we will refer your request to that customer. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Section 11
Children’s privacy
The Services are designed for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Section 12
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify account owners by email or in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
